Gathering for Mother Earth:

 

12th Annual Gathering of people from ALL cultures who want wellness of Mind, Heart, and Spirit. Come join us as we search holistic ways to secure a healthy future for our generations to come.

 

Come get revitalize as we create a vision of wellness with our mother earth. Learn about the impacts of pollutants on the natural world, human included. Together we can transform the negative impacts of these pollutants through positive energy and the color of peace. We will do this through Healthy Foods, Singing, Dancing, Healing Arts, and Prayer.

 

This gathering is grounded in Indigenous and Northern New Mexico traditional practices. The general public is welcome to participate.

 

Annual gathering of community-based organizations and grassroots activists living in and around US military industries and nuclear weapons sites in New
Mexico, the country, and throughout the world. Raising Environmental awareness on Radiation, Transportation and Health Risks while nurturing and encouraging the healing of mind, heart, and spirit.

Voices / Brave Voices:

 

A culturally-based response to sexual violence in Indigenous communities providing community education, individual and family counseling, and advocacy to survivors of sexual abuse/assault. By Valuing Our Integrity with Courage, Empowerment and Support, we are raising our voices together to speak out, organize and mobilize against physical, sexual, emotional and spiritual violence in Indian communities.


Circle of Grandmothers act as cultural consultants to the VOICES' therapists as mentors! support circle for survivors and community organizers.

 

 

Indigenous Women's Health and Reproductive Rights:

 

Educating and Empowering women of all ages to become active participants in their wellness and wellbeing.

 

Tewa Birthing Project
Focuses on reviving traditional knowledge, language and practice around childbearing and child rearing.
 

 

Women's Leadership/Economic Literacy:

 

Projects which strengthen, encourage and build upon women's natural leadership and entrepreneurial ability while equipping women with the critical analysis tools to identify the root causes of poverty.
